How can I book a single desk for the day?

Visit our Casual page and choose from Essential, Extra or Executive. Click through to our Cobot booking platform where you can select your date and time. Once your payment has been processed you will receive a tax invoice and confirmation email with your access details.


How can I book a multiple days?

Check out our Plan Comparison to see which Plan is right for you, and then visit our Memberships page. Click through to our Cobot booking platform where you can choose your Plan and complete the free sign up. You’ll be given access to your personalised Member Portal where you can start making your bookings, and much more.

What’s the difference between Casual and Membership?

Casual is a one-off booking for a single visit. To purchase regular or multiple days you will need to become a Member (don’t worry it’s free!). Casual bookings are a minimum 4h whereas Members can break down their bookings to as little as 2h. Members also enjoy heavily discounted rates and have access our Member portal with a personalised dashboard, Bookings history, Community, Events and Help Desk tabs. What’s the difference between ESSENTIAL, EXTRA and EXECUTIVE?

How do I know which desks are ESSENTIAL, EXTRA or EXECUTIVE?

What is included with my booking?

All bookings include secure access via a smart lock code issued in your confirmation email. All desks are assigned and our Extra and Executive desks also have assigned chairs - your booking confirmation will have the specific details. High speed wifi is included from our air conditioned office. 

We provide a selection of local, organic teas and coffee, and long life dairy milk. The kitchen has a full sized fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle and Kangen filtered water, as well as glassware, crockery and cutlery.

What is the process for visitors attending meetings?

Meetings must have a corresponding booking in either the Meeting Room or Boardroom. To avoid disruption to your fellow coworkers meetings are not permitted in the main coworking space. Please ask your visitors to wait outside the office until you collect them at the meeting time.

Are social events included?

Our main focus is to facilitate the work, but feel free to gather and play. Building relationships is important in business, and being part of a community is one of the best parts of coworking. If you’re not feeling social that’s ok too, but manners and common courtesy are expected in our space.

Can I personalise my space?

The space is yours for the duration of your booking. Feel free to bring whichever comforts you need to get the most out of your work day, however please make sure that these stay within your allocated space, i.e. lucky chakra crystals on your desk are fine; incense wafting over your coworkers is not.

MEMBERSHIP

What is Membership and is it free?

Membership gives you access to heavily discounted rates via the booking platform Cobot. It is always free for users, however we pay a fee per member. After a month of inactivity we may pause your membership, but when you are ready to rebook simply Contact us.

What is included with my Membership?

Membership gives you access to heavily discounted rates, as well as our Cobot member portal with a personalised dashboard, Bookings calendar, Community section, Events and Help Desk tabs. You can watch a short sign up video HERE.

How do I make a booking with my Membership?

Simply log in to your Cobot member portal HERE and click on Bookings. For a step by step guide click HERE.

How does Membership invoicing work?

Memberships are invoiced on your chosen start date which is the start date of your plan. You will have access to all paid and upcoming invoices in your member portal. Invoice links are also included in the reminder emails which are sent 7 days prior to your renewal date. You can find more information on Cobot invoicing HERE.

How do I cancel my Plan renewal?

Plans will auto renew each month. If you don’t wish to renew simply log in to the member portal and click Membership> Manage Membership> Cancel Membership at least one day before your renewal date. Your Membership and portal access will be deactivated at the end of your current Plan.

How do I pause or cancel my Membership?

If you’re not using your Membership we can pause it for you until you are ready to reuse it. Simply contact us HERE and reach out if you’d like us to reactivate it. To cancel your membership log in to the member portal and click Membership> Manage Membership> Cancel Membership at least one day before your renewal date. Your Membership and portal access will be deactivated at the end of your current plan.

Why can’t I make a booking from the Member Portal?

If you haven’t coworked with us for a while we may have paused your Membership. Simply reach out to us HERE and we can reactivate it. Other reasons may include:

  • expired plan - purchase a new Plan HERE

  • invalid payment method - update your payment method in your portal

  • oustanding invoice - pay your invoice via the portal

Can I use my Cobot membership elsewhere?

Yes. Cobot is a worldwide booking system and your free Membership gives you access to other coworking spaces, saving you time and energy on having multiple memberships.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW

I’ve never Coworked before; what should I know?

Coworking is where people work autonomously in a shared environment. It offers both peace and solitude, as well as opportunities to network and build community. It’s polite not to make or take long phone calls in the coworking space, and courteous to check in with others when adjusting the air condtioning - not everyone likes working in 16 degrees! It’s respectful to leave the space as you found it, and if anything needs repair or attention to report it.

What kind of work can I do in the Coworking space?

Well that depends on you! We’ve coworked with all types of individuals, businesses and industries - from small start ups to federal employees and everything in between. Our main Coworking space is ideally suited for quieter activities to maintain the harmony of the room. Our meeting room is ideal for small face to face and online meetings, and for larger meetings, workshops and seminars our spacious board room is where you can collaborate and get creative. For less formal meetings, either online or in person, we also have a Consult Room great for interviews, therapy, or more personal workshops.

How noisy or quiet is your Coworking space?

We’re somewhere in between the library and a cafe. There will be occasional chatter, but no long winded updates about each relative who came to the family gathering on the weekend. If you like to listen to music while you work please bring your own headphones and be mindful of the volume for your coworkers.

What if my coworker taps their keyboard too loudly?

Our Coworking space is for adults only and situations like this should be dealt with in an adult manner. We suggest talking to your fellow coworker and working out a mutually suitable arrangement. However, if you’re quite sensitive to others, coworking may not be the ideal solution for you. Contact us for private office or meeting room options.

Are social visitors allowed?

Our Coworking space is a professional office where business is conducted and social visits are not permitted. Check out our Neighbourhood section at the bottom of the About Us page for places to meet up with friends.

Can I bring my pet or service animal?

Pets, much like kids, are a beautiful distraction from all the things on your to-do list. Which is why you need to leave them both at home. Service animals are permitted with registration, so please Contact us prior to your booking.
