Suite 7 / 97 Murwillumbah St, Murwillumbah. Situated in the main street of Murwillumbah, between the Imperial Hotel and the police station. Access is via the corridor between the florist and the beautician. We are upstairs, last door on the right.

Desks are clearly labelled. Please refer to your booking confirmation for your desk name. ESSENTIAL desks have a choice of chairs or stools. Unless a chair is specifically labelled or in use feel free to switch and change to your preference.

Free all day parking is available in Knox Park on the corner of Wollumbin and Brisbane Streets, opposite The Regent Cinema. Undercover parking is available at the council car park next to the aquatic centre; access via Queen or Murwillumbah Streets. Some unrestricted parking is available in Police and Church Lanes. Parking is not permitted in the car parks at the rear entrance.

Building entry outside general office hours is via Church Lane. From Murwillumbah Street, take Police Lane and turn left onto Church Lane. The door to number 97 is at the top of the stairs and it has a smart lock. Firmly press the screen to activate the keypad. Enter the pin code given to you in your confirmation email and press *. When you hear the lock disengage, push the door open. The door will automatically close behind you, and lock when it senses the door frame. 

The toilet is located at the end of the upstairs hallway. Additional toilets are at the end of the downstairs hallway. These facilities are regularly serviced however if something needs attention please let us know.

The kitchen includes tea, coffee, long life dairy milk, sugars, salt, pepper, crockery, cutlery, Kangen water, kettle, microwave and a full size fridge and freezer. Please wash what you use and return it to its place.

If exiting via Main St after business hours please pull the door closed firmly behind you. If exiting via Church Lane the door will close and lock automatically and you will need the code to re-enter. This code can be found in your membership confirmation email.

In the event of an emergency please use the nearest exit to safely leave the building. Alert the relevant authorities by calling 000, and please let us know on 0401 347 365.
